The above Installer is a msi installer. Basically the same as a pkg installer on Mac. I used Advanced Installer to create this installer as the Deployment Tool did not work at Windows either. And the msi installer is also signed by Advanced Installer (using signtool behind the scenes).

This simple guide was created for internal use due to the shortcomings in official support. To create an installer on Windows you have to use 5+ vendors. Microsoft, Omnis, Sectigo, Advanced Installer and Resource Tuner. Who do I ask when? Where do I find how to do this? Who blames who?

In this guide it is all about Omnis Studio 11, Windows 10/11 and Postgresql 15. Different versions may have different setups, but it is still a guide about the flow.
